About Us

Quintin has always loved smoking meats for his friends and family. Back in 2007, his stepdad Ricky and Uncle Steven won the Wharton County Rib cook off on their custom built 500 gallon smoker. Smoking meats is something that runs in his family. He has refueled his passion for smoking meats in 2022 when he found himself smoking meats for one of the Top 50 BBQ joints in Texas. Being a Pit Master at Terry Blacks BBQ reminds him of when he was a kid cooking with his stepdad. When he is not smoking meat, Quintin likes to spend time with his daughter Ryleigh, his wife Kimmy and two dogs Duke and Oakley.
